"She who knows herself is wise.

She who knows herself is enlightened."

- Lao Tzu

Just this morning I had a few thoughts:

  • I’m not smart enough to discuss these topics, what do I know about psychology?
  • I am definitely not an expert, so why should people listen to me?
  • Gosh I look terrible on Zoom.

If you are anything like me - and I have found many others who are - this is just a normal day and normal thought process that you often go through daily, nightly, and definitely in the middle of the night. Constantly doubting my abilities, myself, my intelligence, my accomplishments, and of course my looks, has been the norm for as long as I can remember. These days, I just add ‘bad mom’ to that list.

But there can be, and in fact, there is another way. Join Emzingo|U , an award-winning leadership development and social impact B-Corp, to learn, grow, and connect with amazing, socially- focused, and like-minded women. Here we will dive deep into personal reflection around your strengths and your reflected best self, as well as dig deeper into social conditioning, family history, and your personal belief systems that may consciously or subconsciously be holding you back.

Meeting once a week from November 23rd to December 18th , we will host workshops, group coaching sessions, personal reflection, and deep discussions to unmask and uncover how we might overcome our own self-doubt to make the change we want to see in our communities and our world.

Each week you will also have a buddy meeting to discuss one-on-one the relevant topics on hand including: internalized oppression, social conditioning, family history, strengths-based leadership, emotional intelligence, self-compassion, and confidence in action.

*Inquire for scholarships, and discounts for students, Emzingo|U alumni, and other B-Corp professionals. We hope to leave no woman behind or gender non-conforming individual behind...
